BUSINESS WEBSITES

A clear website. A useful next step.

A new site or a rebuild that explains what you do and helps visitors contact your team. We define the pages, content and enquiry flow with you, then build and test them. AI can follow when there is a clear job for it.

01 · THE PROBLEM

Your work is better than your website.

Most business sites were built once and then left alone. Meanwhile your services, your team and the way people search have changed.

Visitors can't quickly see what you do.
The contact form ends up in an inbox nobody watches.
On a phone, the site is slow or cramped.
Changing one text means calling someone.
And search engines, including AI search, can't read it properly.
START FRESH

A new business website

You need a place to explain your services, show your work and receive enquiries. We turn that into a clear page structure, with the contact route built in.

REBUILD

An existing site, rebuilt

Your business has moved on, but your website has not. We review what to keep, what to rewrite and what needs rebuilding, including the move from your current site.

02 · SCOPE

Agree what the site needs to do.

These decisions shape the quote. The agreed scope names the pages, work and responsibilities before we start.

Pages and navigation

Which services need their own page, which information visitors need, and how they reach your team. We agree the page list before building.

Languages and content

The languages, text, images and translations your site needs. We agree what you supply and what we write or adapt, using facts you approve.

Forms and enquiries

The fields you need and where each enquiry goes. We test the complete route from visitor to inbox; bookings and system integrations are scoped separately.

Migration

Which content and URLs stay, what moves, and which redirects are needed. Domain changes and access to the old site are part of the plan.

Technical SEO

Page titles, descriptions, indexing settings, sitemap and structured data that matches your content. We check mobile usability and loading behaviour before launch.

Launch and ownership

Your code, accounts and domain stay yours. We agree hosting, how content is updated and who handles maintenance, with recurring costs shown separately.

A webshop needs its own scope: catalogue, payments, delivery, stock and ongoing management. We quote that separately. Search visibility also depends on your content and competition; technical SEO comes with no ranking promise.

03 · HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. The price is fixed first.

No hourly billing that keeps running. You know the pages, the price and the plan before we build.

04 · OPTIONAL AI

Give AI a specific job.

Add an assistant or an automation when it helps your visitors or team. Each has its own scope and price, and can work with a new or an existing website.

Answer visitor questions

A website assistant uses your approved information and passes relevant enquiries to your team.

Prepare useful content

A content assistant prepares drafts for review. Your team approves the content before publication.

Follow up on enquiries

Connect the agreed steps after an enquiry: record it, notify the right person and prepare the follow-up.

06 · QUESTIONS

Before you decide.

What does a business website cost?

You receive a fixed quote after scoping. The price depends on the number of pages and languages, how much text we write or adapt, the forms and where enquiries go, and whether we move content and URLs from an existing site. Hosting, maintenance and any AI addition are listed separately, so you see recurring costs before you sign. A webshop needs its own scope and quote. The intake call is free.

How long does it take?

The timeline is part of the quote. It depends on the number of pages and languages, and on how quickly content and feedback arrive; supplying texts and images often sets the pace. We agree review rounds up front, and you check the site on desktop and mobile before it goes live.

Can we update it ourselves, and who owns it?

Your code, accounts and domain stay yours. Before building, we agree how content is updated and who does it: your team, us, or a mix. Hosting and maintenance are agreed separately, with the costs shown. If you later switch supplier, you take everything with you.

Will the site be found in Google and AI search?

We build the technical basis: page titles and descriptions, indexing settings, a sitemap, structured data that matches your content, and checks on mobile use and loading. That makes the site readable for search engines, including AI search. Rankings also depend on your content and competition, so we make no ranking promise. Curious how your current site scores?
