AI for renovation companies: every quote request picked up, even while you're on site.
Homeowners ask the same questions before they request a quote: which works you do, in which area, how a project runs. A website assistant answers them from your own information, in your tone, and turns the conversation into a complete quote request for your team. Prices and deadlines stay with you.
The quote request that waits is the project you lose.
During the day you and your team are on site. Questions and quote requests arrive through the website, the form and email, and they wait until someone has time in the evening.
We're innops, a small AI-engineering studio in Antwerp. We set up the assistant and the follow-up around your own information and tools, hand it over, and maintain it if you want us to.
More about innopsIs this a fit for your company?
Six checks. If at least four are true, book a call. If three or fewer are true, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll say so.
Three outcomes.
Each one separately.
Start with one. Each is an existing solution with its own scope and quote; you don't need all three.
Three steps.
Prices agreed before we start.
No annual contract. If your process is clear, an intake leads straight to a quote. If it isn't, an audit maps it first: you pay for the audit and keep the memo, even if we don't build.
Live in your sector.
LG Builders, a renovation company in Ranst near Antwerp, has run a new website and a Dutch-speaking assistant since Q2 2026. Process automation is in audit now, so we don't claim results for it yet. Read the case: an AI assistant for a construction company.
A renovation company active since 2014, with 200+ projects. Sofie answers questions about services and approach in Dutch and points visitors to a free quote. Live at lgbuilders.be.
One operator.
AI-native by operation.
innops is a small AI-engineering studio in Antwerp. Senior engineering at studio prices, because we run what we sell.
I'm Zakaria Basraoui. Antwerp, Belgian-Moroccan, computer-science background.
Two years at Movu Robotics taught me that AI engineering is 90% unglamorous infrastructure. MLOps, agents, integration. The work that makes no demos but keeps systems running.
innops runs AI-native by operation: agents do research, drafts, synthesis. I do the judgment, the building, the handover. The person who sells your project is the person who does the work.
Questions we get a lot.
Does the assistant give prices or deadlines?
No. Renovation is custom work, so the assistant does not quote prices or promise deadlines. It answers questions about your services, working area and approach from information you approve, and passes price and timing questions to your team as a quote request with the visitor's details. You decide what it may say; anything outside the approved sources goes to a person. Sofie at LG Builders works the same way: no prices, and a nudge towards a free quote.
Do we need a new website?
No. The assistant is a widget on your current site, if that site can support it; we check this during intake. A new website is optional. At LG Builders we built both: a new site with a quote form, and the assistant. If your current site works, we only add the assistant. See business websites if a rebuild is on your list anyway.
What does it cost?
The website assistant costs from €900 + €50/month, with 1–3 weeks from intake to launch. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and updates and is terminable monthly. Quote follow-up and a new website each get a fixed quote after intake. If your process is still unclear, an AI audit (from €1,000) maps it first; it is optional. The intake call is free.
Can it answer questions about renovation grants?
Only from information you approve, such as a grants page on your own site. The assistant can explain what you have published and point to it, but it does not assess whether a homeowner qualifies or calculate amounts. Questions it cannot answer from your sources go to your team. Keep that page current: the assistant is only as up to date as the information you give it.
