- Input
- A visitor submits a request through your contact form.
- Output
- The request appears in the agreed tracker, assigned to the right colleague with a follow-up task. Missing details are flagged rather than invented.
- STARTING SCOPE
- One intake channel, one destination and agreed follow-up rules.
- IMPLEMENTATION
- Fixed quote after intake
One task, clearly defined.
An enquiry arrives through a form or mailbox. Someone copies it, forwards it and tries to remember the follow-up. We connect one intake channel to one destination with clear assignment and reminder rules. AI is used only where interpreting free text helps.

Know what you buy. Know what follows.
A short intake checks your tools, data and scope. If the process is clear, we quote directly. Uncertain processes or complex access rules may need a paid analysis first, agreed with you.
Fixed quote after intake
Configuration, agreed connections, test cases and handoff. The quote names the deliverables, timeline, review rounds and acceptance criteria.
Software and consumption
Hosting, licences and AI usage are itemised. We agree what is included, the volume limits and the cost of going beyond them before you sign.
Support with clear limits
Handoff, follow-up and ongoing maintenance are scoped per solution. Your quote names included checks and changes, support time, response windows and the start of billing.
Accounts and the delivered work are handed over as agreed. Any third-party platform licences and portability limits are named in the proposal.
Before you decide.
Which enquiries does it pick up?
Enquiries from one agreed intake channel, such as your contact form or a shared mailbox. Each enquiry becomes a record in one CRM or tracking tool, assigned to a colleague under rules you define: who owns which enquiry, when to follow up and when to stop. Checks for duplicates and missing details are agreed during intake. Extra channels or destinations are a separate scope.
Does it contact leads automatically?
No. It organises your team's follow-up; it does not do outreach. The assistant creates the next action and a reminder for the assigned colleague. Unsolicited prospecting, purchased lists, automatic sales promises and unlimited outreach sequences are outside the scope. Missing details are flagged rather than invented, so your colleague knows what to ask.
Do we need a new CRM?
No. We connect to the CRM or tracking tool you use, or agree one destination with you. A full CRM migration is not part of this solution. We need your current intake route, your destination tool, example enquiries, the rules for ownership and timing, and a colleague who checks the workflow. After intake, you receive a fixed quote.
