This example shows the format, not a customer result. Every real memo uses observations from your team, names its assumptions and gives you a decision you can act on.
Workflow: incoming enquiry triage

- Draft a routing suggestion from the existing enquiry fields. Keep a person responsible for approval and exceptions.
