LG Builders had a ten-year reputation and a 4,9/5 across 34 Google reviews — mostly offline. We built the site and “Sofie”, a Dutch AI assistant, both live since Q2 2026. The next rung, a process-automation audit for the back office, is underway.
LG Builders builds and renovates across the province of Antwerp — total renovations, roofing, windows and doors, facade insulation, driveways, outdoor work. Ten years in, 200+ projects delivered, a 4,9/5 across 34 Google reviews. The workmanship was never the problem.
The online front door was. No site that turned a searcher into a quote request, and the same five questions — do you do this, do you work in my area, can I get a price — landing on the phone one at a time. A reputation that lived in word-of-mouth, not on a page a search engine could read.
We built the site into production Next.js on Vercel, pixel-perfect from the design: a home page, eight service pages, a subsidy guide, a projects gallery, a four-step “how we work”, and a three-step quote form. Then Sofie — a Dutch AI assistant on Claude Haiku 4.5 who answers questions about services and the way LG Builders works, and warmly points serious visitors to a free quote by form, phone or WhatsApp.
Sofie never quotes prices or timelines — every project is bespoke, so she invites a free quote instead. And a GEO/SEO layer so the business is legible to search and AI engines: structured data, a sitemap, robots rules, and an llms.txt. The front door now matches the workmanship.
The site and Sofie are live and bringing in structured enquiries. The next rung is the back office. Today the quote form does its job on the page, but everything after — routing the lead, following it up, making sure not one slips — still runs by hand.
So we're in the audit phase: shadowing how a quote actually moves from first contact to signed job, and ranking which steps pay back to automate first. Lead capture and follow-up lead the list. The build follows the audit — nothing gets automated before it's scoped. Audit before build.
Website live since Q2 2026. Sofie live, answering in Dutch and handing serious enquiries to the team. GEO/SEO shipped. Process automation in audit — not yet built, and we won't claim numbers we don't have. The reputation was already there; the job now is an online front door that converts it, and a back office that keeps up.
