For when your team
doesn't want to operate it.
After a Build, the default is your team takes over. Some clients don't have ops capacity. Some don't want it. Operate exists for them. But with one rule that most managed-service contracts skip: you can take it back any month. The handback artifact stays current the whole time. Walking away is a feature, not a paperwork project.

Operate is scope-defined, not activity-based. Rule 05 holds: capped, narrow, terminable monthly. We don't sell "general AI partnership"; we sell named operations on a named system.

The clause
most contracts skip.

Every Operate contract includes four clauses that make "you own it" real. Most managed-service shops claim ownership transfer in marketing but not in the contract. We put it in the contract.

Request return of operations any month. No penalty. No exit fee. No "transition consulting" line item.

Current handback artifact
IaC, runbooks, credentials rotation procedure, sub-processor list. Updated as we go, not generated at the door. Reviewable at any time.

Data & IP yours, always
We operate; we don't accumulate. No joint ownership. No "derived data" carve-outs. No model training on your data.

Every release notes what's needed to operate it elsewhere. Walking away is a feature, not a paperwork project.

€60/month covers the smallest workflows. Low traffic, minimal API spend, light monitoring. Realistic Operate engagements range from €60 to a few hundred per month depending on traffic, on-call window, and infrastructure footprint. We quote alongside the Build, scoped before you sign. No surprise invoices.
